An Aerial Adventure Park

This an all-round, fun-filled family day out for everyone to enjoy. The aerial adventure park is filled to the brim with ropes courses, various footbridges, and exhilarating ziplines for all ages and abilities to experience. It’s a wonderful chance to get everyone into the great outdoors and active on their feet, without even noticing due to all the exciting fun taking place. The best part about it is the adventure park turns into a mystical land of fairy lights and funky music, so you can carry on the family-fun into the night and stay active for longer.

In the Garden

If you own a house with a backyard then you’ve already got the perfect place to host some stimulating outdoor fun for your kids. Create an obstacle course out of simple equipment in your garage, such as skipping ropes, hula hoops, mini climbing frames, and any other outdoor exercise equipment you have. It’s the perfect opportunity to utilize when it comes to getting your kids to do some much-needed exercise, without having to drag too far away from the living room.

If you don’t have any outdoor equipment, create a scavenger hunt around your back yard with various clues and riddles to get your kid’s brains working, as well as their legs. Entice them with several prizes and gifts at each station to keep the anticipation and excitement levels at a high too!

At the Beach

Nothing beats a family day out at the beach. Swimsuits on, ice cream in hand, and toes in the warm sand – is there any better feeling? The beach, as relaxing as it is, doesn’t all have to be just sitting (or laying) in the sun all day. There are so many beach-friendly activities for your kids to enjoy, especially if they’re getting a bit restless. Beach volleyball is a great activity for the whole family to get involved in and get the competitive juices flowing. Or just having a friendly kick about on the sand is a great way to let off some steam. And when things get a bit too sweaty and sticky, take a nice family dip in the ocean and go for a swim. You are sure to pass the day having made some great memories and gotten more than enough exercise in!
